Aluminium Metallic Mesh Wire Gauze | 18 x 16 x 0.28mm
This aluminium mesh is made from 1050-grade aluminium wire, offering excellent formability and corrosion resistance. The mesh count is 18 x 16 holes per inch, giving a rectangular pattern with an aperture size of 1.13mm x 1.31mm. The wire gauge is 0.28mm, providing strength while remaining lightweight and easy to cut or shape.
It’s commonly used in light-duty screening, vent protection, filtration, and where non-rusting, conductive or non-magnetic properties are needed. Thanks to its softness, it can be folded, trimmed, or fixed into position without specialist tools. It’s also used in various craft and technical applications.
