Our Ni80 wires are soft and are easy to handle and cut.

Nickel chrome 80/20 is commonly used as a heat treatment wire.

In modern times it has found popularity in the vaping industry due to it's high heat and electrical resistance.

80/20 nickel chromium alloy is often used for wrought and cast parts for high temperature applications, as it has better oxidation and hot corrosion resistance compared to cheaper iron-nickel-chromium alloys. This nickel chromium alloy is highly suited to applications that are subject to oxidation.
